Seeing as half that bike has been replaced for some reason but the fork appears to be original then its quite likely been bent about a bit in its lifetime?

I didn't want to comment anywhere Talbot would see this, love the frame and build but the wheels absolutely ruin it for me. Would be ultra porny sled tackle with plain carbon instead.
