  • I guess the difference is that the motorcyclists provide televised footage and photography that would increase circulation which to them, is a fair trade off for a dozen injured (and one fatal) pro.

    I wonder how much power the UCI has to regulate motos at races ? Eg with relations always tense with ASO, I wonder how an edict from the UCI limiting motos at the TdeF would go down.
    Disc brake suspension much easier for the UCI to bring in, the bike industry doesn't seem to have much sway there.
