You should report it. AS you say, you'll probably not see any result, but if it's reported, it adds to the statistics (which if they get big enough, they have to do something about), and it goes on that drivers record. So if they fuck up in the future, the police will see it's not the first time they've been a shit driver.

I'm not going to report it. There was no damage and nothing would come of it anyway. I gave the driver a hard time about it so I hope they'll think a little more next time.
@Sparky @chris0 It's a fucking horrible feeling. There's no escaping the fact that a big metal vehicle has carelessly toppled you into the middle of the road. I'm 6'4" and 14.5 stone so I'm not invisible. Although, if your face is in your phone, it's hard to see what's going on around you, so fair enough.
