I was through the intersection and she was about a meter or so off the curb that intersection is already bad enough with the potholes so I was only going 20kph so could have been much worse.
Granted they have they have the construction going on there so its a blind spot for them if they look both ways BUT that said don't cross the road when your not suppose to.

A woman walks across the road on a green light for me outside Tottenham Court Rd station I lock up and she just stands there looking like a possum caught in headlights. Completely take her and land on top of her. As I'm getting up and asking her if she is OK an old man pipes up "bloody cyclists" after making sure the girl was ok. (Pretty sure she wasn't but was saying she was) I mentioned this is why you look at the lights to see if you can cross to which she agreed and apologised. Then i proceeded to yell at the old man that thought that it was all my fault even though he wasn't stupid enough to cross to road into oncoming traffic.
I have a sore shin.
