yeah Its a shame I stripped the frame, but it had flaked so badly it was beginning to get surface rust on the exposed areas and below the flaking original paint. The original 'soviet' stickers were lovely, I tried saving them, but none of the usual techniques worked to remove them without damage.
If the new owner is interested,those frames have French threading,steerer tube and bb can be rethreaded quite easily to normal standards,usually British,which is done to most of those frames here.If changing headset you should you use some spacers from beer can as Italian/Japanese/British headsets have narrower cups than original ones.
This is an ХВЗ Рекорд В64 model,yours is 1966 as stamped on right drop out
they were produced from early 60s till 1978.Way too bad you stripped it down as they're getting quite rare in original paint
