As i said i want to get rid of the frames, wouldn't you try to get the most amount of money for your personal belongings?

It's got bells on mate. This doesn't sound like someone 'recouping', it sounds like someone trying to make €€€ profit on parts that are not nearly as 'perfect' as they make out.

1. Take lots of pictures
   
2. Write an honest description of the condition
   
3. Price the items at the cost you would be willing to pay for them
   
   

If you meet those three criteria, you'll sell your bikes without a hassle. If not, well, see above.
