I can't think having the extensions and the pads at different angles is very comfortable. I suppose you could bulk-up the pads with some more foam.
I'd like to try "ski-jump" extensions at some point, which will give me the opportunity to raise my forearms and I'll find out then just what the limit is with horizontal pads.
@mdcc_tester Those hangers are designed to integrate TriRig OmegaX with your low stack headset cover and the head-tube of older Cervelo models (P2,P3 etc.), right?
@Scilly.Suffolk When I went to see Xav we tried slightly raised hands and they seemed to work for me but I haven't been able to fit new extensions yet. The photos in that article show that they've also been rotating the angle of the pads so that they remain parallel to the extensions, however in other photos (e.g. Mork?) I've seen them keep the angle of the parallel to the ground and just raising the hands. I'm not sure what I'd prefer from a comfort/handling perspective.
