Trying to replace girlfriend's stolen bike - 52 F&F, seatpost, stem and groupset needed

After the bike that I built up for my girlfriend was stolen in a burglary I need to build a new one. Got a wheelset, saddle and bars, but looking for frame, seatpost, stem and group set. Haven't got a huge amount to spend and doesn't need to be amazing, but needed for her work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Road bike? I have a very nice deda zero tubed Olympia ( Italian classic ) lugless, new headset BB, Campagnolo 7 or 8 speed groupset, stem and bars, I'll take what it owes but around £250 -300 depending on choice of parts, can post.
