I wonder who came up with using the word fruit! He definitely came across very well in that and I don't think anyone would begrudge him his win. Even Boonen who had to be gutted he didn't win was very complimentary and said he deserved it. A perfect end to one of the best races I've had the pleasure of watching. "One for the good guys"

On another note: does anyone remember the team sky: road to glory documentaries? I seem to recollect Mathew being the road captain and general top bloke in an episode
