honestly brakeless track bike + rack is never going to be great. you're better off with a hip pouch if you really think you need to carry stuff you can't fit in your pocket and don't want a bag. Personally i just stuff my pockets and use the plastic bag an offie would provide or just carry a bag. My back gets sweaty af in the summer no matter what so don't really matter
