A friend has a Batavus Club Racer from 1985, and it needed some maintenance big time.
I've replaced the bottom bracket, head-set, cables, seatpost, seat, bartape and tires. Ofcourse all the components were removed, intensively cleaned, polished and put back together in the right way ;)
She is the first owner and has ridden this bicycle since her youth. I was very pleased to see her riding it again with a big smile on her face last weekend :)
