Could be wrong, but pretty sure it depends on the DIY organiser for the South East. Probably best to email Paul Stewart (paudax@gmail.com) @greenbank can help better than I can, I'm sure.

Audax question that I should probably ask on yacf, but thought I'd try here first.
I want to ECE a 300k (Oasts and Coasts) up to 400k . The start (Meopham) is approx 50k away from home (Brixton), so finding routes is pretty straightforward. I understand I can do this by GPS by paying 3 quid and filling in the relevant form. However I don't understand if I can do this by coming up with a mandatory route, or whether I need to mess around with getting receipts and choosing control points. Because ideally I don't want to be wasting time trying to get receipts at 2am in South London.
