OSBB which is basically BB30 but the Cannondale Expert site offers BB30 and PressFit BB30 - basically, what's the difference between those two? Obviously the adapter will go.

BB shell has different internal diameters. BB30 BB ID < PF30 BB ID. BB30 bearings are pressed bare in to the frame. PF BB30 (or PF30) bearings are pressed in to nylon cups that are then pressed in to the frame.
The difference between the two Cannondale kits is that the PF30 one fits both BB30 and PF30 - two metal (not nylon) cups are included and only used when installed on a PF30 frame.

Shiv is BB30 non? So the standard kit.
If you have installed an adapter for a screw in thread BB then you'll have to remove that.
