Hmmm.. yes providing you basically just want a speedo that will track your rides for Strava/GC. If you want to regularly use courses, use a HRM, use the 'map' like a compass as a rough guide, or like to be able to stop mid-ride and switch the unit off for a while to resume later - no.
I had to take mine back for a refund, syncing and software issues rendered it useless, except as a speedo, and I wasted too much time trying to get it to do anything vaguely advanced like upload a route. Shame as it's a good concept, it's small and if it worked would do everything I basically need.
Aldi doing the edge 25 this week. Anyone use one for training? Are they worth it for 80 pounds?
