But I still need the BB30 BB right?
If you get an axle you should get all the BB parts with it.
If you get an axle but no bearings and whatnot, then any BB30 BB kit (bearings, covers, wave washer, 1mm preload spacers) will work, although you might have to make the larger spacers yourself if you are fitting a 109mm axle to 68mm BB30 bottom bracket shell. Some headset spacers work for this.
Any non-ceramic BB kits out there?
Not sure if Cannondale do a 'non ceramic' kit, but they can be had from SRAM, Token etc but you won't get the cannondale specific parts with them.

There's two BB options 68mm standard BB30 and 68mm PressFit BB30:

I've currently got adapters in the Shiv to take the BB30 BB down to Shimano 24mm axle size. Which BB type will I need to fit the Si or SiSL2 cranks? The PressFit one or the standard one?
I have a 104mm axle at Evans. But if I get the SiSL2 arms it might be too skinny (they say it's not compatible). But if I order the full SiSL2 set from anywhere I get a 109mm axle with it so then I have both axles. But I still need the BB30 BB right?
Oh, Qwerty. Any non-ceramic BB kits out there?
