If you are talking about the 'new' Si arms then I believe it's the same design as the SiSl2 arms and will have 2.5mm less than SiSl and what the design intended.

So, I believe I have a 104mm axle sitting waiting for me, any idea where I can get the cheapest set of 165mm arms that might work with it? Any British sellers do SiSL2?

I've not looked at SiSL only Si and SiSL2 cranks.
So, I guess the best thing is to get ANY set of arms and both the 104mm and 109mm axle and see if ANY combination fits? £££ >>>
