I've been waiting too long for these stupid Cannondale crank arms. I'm thinking of cancelling the order and getting normal cranks. I need 165mm and prefer Power2Max over SRM or more obscure powermeters.
Is the Type S 3D+ the only 165mm option?

They had a time-off zone where you get hotdogs, and waffles.

My rotor cranks are nice.
The q factor on the k-force is 2mm more than rotor, if you mind that kind of thing.
The rotor is a few grams hevier.
The rotor fits basically every bb type, the k-force doesn.t

Which Rotors do you have? I don't even remember what the ones on the Kinesis were but they do the job. It's annoying the shit out of me - the whole point was to try reduced q-factor cranks and replace my rear wheel. At the moment I can't do either.

3d plus.
What pedals do you have now? Can get a few mm from different pedals.
Oh yeah speedplay.The srm rotor 3dplus is 147mm V P2M 149mm.
Dam cannondale srm is 141mm

Yeah, I wanted to try the Hollowgrams - they're the only low q-factor cranks that will work on BB30 and I can use a P2M with them. Problem is, they can't find me a left or right crank arm. I've had the axle and one arm sitting at Evans for 6 weeks...

Can't use SISL2. Needs to be the cheaper SI or SL version, of which there appear to be none:

Oh.

Yeah 165 doesn't seem to exist. Can't even buy the srm cannondale in 165.
Apparently sram srm is 145mm q factor

Interesting - how come?

• #7089
Ask in the Cannondale thread? Someone might even loan you one in the interim.
-
• #7090
I did. That's how I got to ordering a set from Evans.
-
• #7091
They do exist, because I have one side waiting in an Evans for me!
No bastard seems to have a full set though.

What about buying 165mm Stages Hollowgram and then fitting a P2M - is that possible?

It's a way of buying a non drive side crank arm, if that's what you mean.
So does Evans have your drive side crank arm, and have been trying to find you a non drive side arm? Buying a stages arm would be an expensive but immediate remedy to that problem.

• #7094
LOL.
Things can exist but not be real. What did cannondale head office say?
-
• #7095
I can't remember which side they have. Is that powermeter24 link selling none, one or two cranks arms? I can't tell.
"The Stages Power is pre-assembled on a Si HG left crankarm"

They never responded to my email.
Evans have been helpful but their hands are tied by the pile of shite that is Cannondale.

"The Stages Power is pre-assembled on a Si HG left crankarm"
Stages is always sold in non drive side only.
Evans have been helpful but their hands are tied by the pile of shite that is Cannondale.
Eugh, I feel you.
Why, why why does Evans have a single arm? It will much, much easier to acquire a complete crankset. Is that what is causing the problem?

I can call someone in the UK and say 'when can I get a complete Hollowgram Si crankset in 165mm' and they will be able to tell me if there are any and when I can have one.
Maybe. :)

It had to be special ordered and for some reason they came up with three separate items. Two of them have arrived. One has not. I have no idea why.
I might call them and find out which side they have, if it's drive side then I can buy the Stages side and get up and running. Then sell off the Stages side once their stupid order completes.

Can you?
Ha!
I was smashing it at Bergen-Voss a few years back. Absolutely raging after my mate overslept, then faffed around, and we missed Our start time. Riding like a Complete idiot. Attacking every Group we caught within 5 mins of feeling any recovery set in. Probably wasnt going to finish
Stopped for a second at a feed station to quickly fill my bottles and a steward handed me a yoghurt, Complete With little plastic spoon. Kinda reminded me I was in a sportive and should just chill the fuck out.
