• I think part of the intention for 20 zones is that the cars that do comply will act as rolling roadblocks to keep everyone else's speed down too.

    Without trying I can think of half a dozen junctions where, without fail, a car will try to "make amber" and end up going through the pedestrian crossing on the green man. More enforcement would be nice.

    A40 is now under "average speed" enforcement rather than point Gatsos all the way from Paddington to Uxbridge
