I'd concur. I too live in Lambeth and rarely see any drivers sticking to the 20 limit - especially on more main roads like Croxted, or Dulwich Wood Avenue (I think it's called. The one from The Palace to Gypsy Hill roundabout). The posters on the back of busses proclaiming "20's plenty" Are all well and good, but, to my mind, the only way to enforce the limit is to install cameras. Maybe when drivers get hit with a fine, they may consider thinking more carefully about their speed..? I say may...

The majority of road where I live have a 20mph limit (Lambeth).
The only road that just about stick to the 20mph limit is the one with speed hump on it.
