I cant get my PIA to work anymore. Kaspersky Windows PIA conflict interwebs says.... FML... I have to do an uninstall of Kaspersky then reinstall PIA then reinstall Kaspersky.

You could use another client than PIA's own. There's tunnelblick for OSX, and the native OpenVPN client for Windows.

Or move from Kaspersky. I use webroot now adays
