I am planning to follow the National Route 4, and in this respect I would like some info on the the path, mainly regarding the wind direction.
In the Sustains and other web pages the route is always presented with the starting point in Greenwich and the ending in Fishguard.
But considering the prevalent wind direction from W to E I am thinking to prefer the opposite direction, from Wales to London.
Do you have any comments or suggestions with respect to my choice ?
Is the path signed in both direction ?
Any other suggestion about the route with references to sightseeing places and drinking/food are very welcomed.
