Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I find Rapha socks come up a nit large. I'm a 9. But will buy medium from now on. YMMV.

Depends on the socks. I looove the merino long city socks and XL fit my 11 feet perfectly, but the Mrs bought me a few pairs of the regular merino socks, also in XL, and they're way way smaller fitting. They're more shaped and have much less stretch. I can wear them, but they're pretty tight where the top of my foot meets the front of my ankle.

But for any of them, I'd be going XL.
