• My trainings gone completely awol - since October I've had to break for:- heart arrhythmia, tendonitis, manflu, hamstring and house move. Managed a decent aerobic base (Feb peak) and have always done the key 4/5 x 15minutes Z4 and being more rested have tried to ensure the quality of that is really high. So despite being down on hours I'm up on power.

    Still rather time constrained so instead of lots of miles I'm going to try to have 2 really high quality sessions -5x15 Z4, 6x5 Z5 and turn my 4-6hr training ride from steady state to more race pace attacking the hills.

    Any spare time I'll try to fill with hour long blocks of Z3 or sweetspot. Important races aren't until August anyway
