Not from that cause. Even if your hub/sprocket combo is bang on 42.0mm, I'd be a bit surprised if a Pompino was tracked to better than ±0.5mm.
Pompino says it needs 42.
Tell it to STFU.
Within reason chainline is determined by crank/BB and hub, not the frame.
