My VPN (Private Internet Access) caps out at about 20Mbps. Any suggestions for anything faster? I'd like to at least get my broadband speed (100Mbps) consistently.

Prefer something that doesn't keep logs and whatnot but I'm not expecting unbreakable privacy. Price/speed are the main factors.

What is the connection from and to where ? I could max out 120Mbps PIA using their nodes in San Jose since I'm in SF, but obviously connecting back to London got me ~30Mbps or so.

Again this was on windows (which seems to have the best vpn connections for speed, my mac was always a bit slower)
