Apparently the thing in the wheel is an alternator not a dynamo because it's AC whereas a Magneto dynamo would be DC.
This particular gem of exquisite forum pedantry is brought to you courtesy of @Greenbank.
And before anyone mentions it, I too can see where he is massively and embarrassingly wrong. Magneto is a Marvel character not DC.
