• Anyone have any experience remedying caliper/spoke clearance with a spyre? On my front when the caliper is aligned properly to the rotor it catches the spokes, when repositioned such that it doesn't touch the spokes the pads rub. Thinking to try the 1mm hope rotor spacer to push the rotor further out so it can be aligned properly with no rubbing, has anyone done this with success?

  • It can be aligned by simply moving the pads away from the rotor on the right side, and moving the pads toward the rotor on the left side.

Both side of the pads can be adjusted to get them to bite the rotor at the same time, this also allow you to move the pads accordingly to clear the spokes (which is a compromise of the Spyres' design, and a reason why single-sided disc calipers are the best for this).
