Thanks to everyone for their votes and their kind words! As with many people I've largely used this thread as inspiration to get out and take some pictures over the weekend; I never imagined I'd win a week, let alone one as overwhelmingly strong as this one. So thanks again, I'm genuinely shocked :)
So, loosely based on the magazine of the same name the next theme will be #amuseum
The mag itself runs interesting features on various curios under the tag line 'The playful magazine that sees objects differently', and I thought we could embrace that mantra but extend it to photography.
There are no real boundaries - interpret it however you feel - but try and find something unusual or otherwise interesting as your subject, and don't take it too seriously :)

Don't panic. The thread is always quiet til Thursday / Friday.
No need for BTOB-esque levels of anxiety.

Thanks.
I think I just over-wrote my description in the excitement of getting to pick something. It should be a lot clearer now.

All looks good to me, a good idea. Tried to find the magazine but it isn't widely stocked.

Yep, likewise, I thought I might try and pick a copy up but have so far failed.

It looks as if back issues are still available on their site for a tenner a piece?
I got mine as part of Sampler in October last year which is a sister service run by Stack Magazines (itself a subscription I'd recommend to absolutely anyone with even a passing interest in print media)

I too have been hunting for copies, a biannual magazine is about at my reading ability at the moment, and this sounds a good one.

In my time here in the USA USA i have seen multiple uses of the humble milkcrate they are sturdy strong and are great for storing things as they stack up, but they are are also great for sitting in the street on. If you look closely on the left you see the tell tail sign of a seat crate the inward curve of the top edge and of course they make great cycle baskets!
iphine 4s played desaturated and tweaked in PS
#amuseum "I love milkcrate "

Thanks, when you came up with the theme i automatically thought of the Milkcrate as they are the utility item on the streets here.

The best so far.

What a way to offend the other two entrants :)
I must admit, however, @skydancer has managed consistently high-quality entries...
Congratulations @MrDrem..
Also voted for @thross and slightly embarrassed to have my photo in the same competition as many here. Decided to try and enter each week from now and learn something though.
