This has made me so fucking angry. Even the judge knew it was ridiculous saying that the legislation is over 150 years old. Not only did the poor fucker have to buy some poison off the internet, take it and miscarry a 12 week old feotus with no medical or psychological support, they're now a convicted criminal thanks to an Act from 1861!!!!!
