Poor quality journalism from the times. They must have a reason for lowering their standards. It's pretty obvious to everyone that the richest sports people in the world would gain access to doping and I don't see how anybody involved in sport doesn't know. Hoping it will be exposed so we can finally move on to a more mature world where sports men and women are allowed to enhance their performances without having to lie to us all like pathetic children
