Okay, @sacredhart I'll wait for your mate, but if no go, @citron is the next one in the assembly line.

Jeesh, gotta remember to keep checking skips! I did find a 1983 motobecane team champion at the dump once though.

It's surprising how many decent stuff you can find in skips, usually because for some people it's easier to just throw it away than to repair it, like the Brompton that would have cost a staggering amount of money to bring it back into working order had I not been a mechanic.

Blimey - even with those issues £350 is a proper bargain!

it's still rideable but need to be replaced which fortunately a straightforward jobs for a decent LBS to do
are you not employed in such an establishment ?
-
• #13
Yes, but I'd be making a loss by doing this., the price is more or less accordingly to how much I paid for the components

can't say fairer than that, glws

Sold
I'm selling my Brompton that I've restored after finding it in a skip (!!), it got the following new components;
It's perfectly rideable but the main two reason why it's cheap, one of the easy wheel is bend a bit but still work.
The other is the brushing is gone on the pivot as pictured, it's still rideable but need to be replaced which fortunately a straightforward jobs for a decent LBS to do.
I'm asking £350 ONO, collection Stockwell or Oval please
