• No. 2 of us have, and it's down to some erratic power spikes.
P2M fixed my very quickly, under warranty and had it back to me within 2 ish weeks.

@Smallfurry took longer to come back, but who knows what happened there.

    P2M are rock solid.

  • Mainly postage.

I paid a gazzilion kroner to have it sent registered. Local Postoffice took an age to put it on a plane. Then it stopped at German customs and P2M had to collect it. They sent me an E-mail on the day they were to collect it. My issue being that the tracking status remained 'at customs center'. So I assumed they hadnt, and the Whole easter period started. Checked after easter and it appeared to still be in customs.

In fact what had happened is that P2M had picked it up the moment they recieved Notification, sorted it in a matter of days, and posted it back (I have tracking number, and its Close).

I could have left it as was. It was working fine. Once every 5 rides or so. I'd get a super Sharp Power spike. Training peaks removes these, and they are too short to notice in ride. So if youre a simplistic user like me its a non issue. But I wanted my Powermeter to be as Perfect as possible. So i sent it in. I've never heard of anyone other than Skinny With this issue, and P2M seemed a bit surprised by it. Apparantely they just changed few parameters.
