Not incredibly helpful but a fair number of tobacconists have them. I'm sure there's somewhere around Holborn that I've walked past any number of times but can't remember where off the top of my head.
Slightly less central but Decathlon have them or you can get them next day delivery from Amazon.

You can get at least a couple of sizes at Labour & Wait in Shoreditch - other than that I think that Cotswold Outdoors stock them.
