Ah yes, I wrote a list in a PM didn't I. One sec...
To copy and paste:
Coffee: Small Batch has taken over. There is better coffee in Brighton but it's absolutely fine and their Jubilee Street branch is big and a good base camp for a mooch. They also do nice cakes from across the road (Flour Pot bakery)
Beer: There's a new Brew Dog where the Blind Tiger (previously Hectors House) used to be. There's better beer in Brighton but it's big and comfy on a Sunday.
More food:
The Coal Shed - Decent meats and fish depending on the day. A good wine list if I recall.
The Salt Room - (from the people that brought you Coal Shed) solid fish grill place on the seafront. Very nice but a bit spenny a la carte.
Plateau - Good wine selection and various charcuterie type small plates. Can be fun on a sunny afternoon.
Nu Posto - very tasty neapolitan (sloppy) pizzas and pretty reasonable. On West Street curiously which seems to have had a bit of a reputation management in recent months (only a bit mind). Also, prosecco on tap - can't argue with that.
Fish & Liquor down by the wheel/pier which is like posh fish and chips. Nice though. (Bardsleys near The Level is reckoned to be the best 'real' chippie if you're interested).
H.en on Trafalgar Street for Kentucky Fried Conscience.

That'll do for now.
