I've got a Revelate Viscacha already (https://www.revelatedesigns.com/index.cfm/store.catalog/seat-bags/Viscacha) that seems to work pretty well.
Other luggage choices will depend on what else I need to carry.

Also, if you finally choose the Apidura Saddle Pack I just tried a Medium size for 160km without issues, just an advice: rotate the seat clamp so the bolt is facing the stem, and it will rest on it without moving
Since you're not gonna use a framebag (mine will come in less than a month, 4cm wide so it won't rub the legs), maybe you'll need the Big size with some custom bags on the handlebars between aerobars and shifters, like the ones used by Carlos Mazon:
