Caliper bolt is completely rounded off and has the worst front brake on the other side.

Bang a Torx T30 (or T35 if it's really FUBAR) in there: even if it's sacrificed, it'll be cheaper than new forks.

Or disassemble the caliper to access the mounting bolt from the front (model dependent).
