Need a quick, strong and definite answer for a question that's vague and probably has no definite answer.
Six foot tall. Long, graceful torso. Burly, short arms. Stocky, short legs (32").
Can happily ride a 17" mountain bike? I ride a 54cm road bike and sometimes feel I could probably ride a smaller frame.
