I'm really enjoying the Division. 20 hours in so far. It's deep and there's lots to do, but it doesn't get bogged down in insane levels of loot hoarding, gear assembly and base building. I mean, all that crap's there, but it's nowhere near as obstructive and work-like as games like Skyrim, Witcher 3 and presumably (not played it) Fallout 4. And co-op, god damn glorious teamwork co-op. So nice to have that.
Enemies are really good in the game too. AI that seeks you out in clever ways, varies its tactics, etc. And responds to yours properly too.
