I'm on the border of Greenwich and Charlton.
Would put my house at around 425k

Move half a mile toward Greenwich and the same house is 650k
Another half a mile, 800ish
Another half a mile (in the posh bit). Easily over a million.

Holy cow that house is nice. I don't think it's too bad for that price. The flat I saw was a top floor of a period mansion block, low ceilings and small thick windows for not much less than that.
Kinda wish i was rich, but don't think I would want to live around rich folks.
