I'f I was responsible for building that pile, I'd be rather reluctant to inflict it upon anyone else too.

I never understood that line of salesmanship:
'It breaks my heart to sell it...' etc...

Either sell it or don't. The sob story adds nothing to how much someone will pay for it.
