I really like my Specialized Grail gloves - https://www.specialized.com/gb/gb/apparel/gloves/grail/105185 are the short fingered ones, I've the long fingered version.
https://www.mcconveycycles.com/mens-clothing-10/gloves-mitts.html seems to have the best price for the Mitts (not dug deeply)
Don't know about the tan lines though.
