I think Cofidis have been the best train of the past 18 months or so. Very well organised and effective.

That's a great film.

This. Soupe looking very strong. Would love to see Bouhanni bagging a Tour stage or two.

Off to watch Flanders this weekend, planning on standing on oude kwaremont (VVVV EXCITED) - any advice from those that have been before?

The Ronde is a massive thing out there, we went last week to watch E3 and Gent-Wevelgem and were able to ride up the Paterberg before the race went through (there were people riding up it 10 mins before!) as they don't bother with them as much. I think the Ronde may be a different story and the road may be closed earlier so get there as early as you can and take some food. There is a bar on Kwaremont too so enjoy.
We were told to look after our bikes as bike thieves have now started targeting these events.

If you're in a car, you'll have to park some distance away and walk to the village. Take your own beer, you'll struggle to get near the cafe on race day. Hopefully the big screen will be set up in the village square so you can watch the race unfold and see the finish.

Drink lots of proper beer in smokey Belgian cafes. Watch some racing. Vomit. Drink more.

They were building a grandstand on the Paterberg for the Ronde when we were there so that might be a back up plan.
We rode from Oudenaarde along the Scheldt to the turning off at the restaurant Auberge L'entrecote, then rode through the village to the Paterberg, the Kwaremont is just around the corner. There is a good chip shop on Parklaan in the Becham direction with a car park outside where you can eat your chips. They give you a fuckton. There's also Jacobs Bjorn across the road for cakes, very popular with local cyclists.

From what I remember you marvelled very very much at the new generation leaving us for dead on that climb.

Clearly they saw how good he was at fetching bottles in the 2012 TDF, and thought that EBH would like the same service again, for at least the first 100k...

Wtf does "I'm Saganing" mean?

something only he can do/know ;)
I don't think so. It's just Quickstep aren't very good at it - they're a classics team first, and any kind of team built around a sprinter is secondary. Katusha and Sky aren't built around sprint trains either.
Lotto seem to do ok for Greipel and possibly Cofidis for Bouhanni (although I can't remember what they're like). Giant Alpecin where great for Kittell when he was there.
Be interesting to see what Dimension Data are like for Cav at the TdeF.
