Likely you can squeeze 700c's without the mudguards. Had considered it, but it's been in the shed since the breakup with the lady (and realisation parents won't ride it). Rear has comedy risers and a regular left hand mtb lever for brake - I put nice cushy tape there, but the front still has original Benotto style stuff.
Will put back the original drops and shimano non-aero brake instead. Original drops are also Cinelli I think.
Surface rust, paint loss, lots of tape in places to protect frame from cable rub. Lots of brazed cable stops for better/indexed setup, like sti's or something.
There are some coke can shims in places, everything felt pretty secure on the test rides for a few miles back from buying it. Would need some love maybe if you want it to be beautiful.
There's a guy fixing next door's fence so measurements are +/- hammer and saw noise.
Roughly 58 square at the front. Could be 59 or 58.5 ctc on that seat tube. Rear seat tube is about 55.
Cinelli stem (looks around 100, maybe 110)
Cinelli Giro d'Italia drops
Shimano aero levers
Suntour friction dt shifters
Suntour AR triple front mech
Stronglight triple chainset
Suntour Cyclone M-II rear mech
Mavic 26" wheels.
