The bar is not worn, the bushes are. When you increase the size of the roll bar it is the cross section (increase) of the bar that makes the difference.

If it is an ovlov 850 the rear suspesnsion has passive rear steering, so what are the bushes like? Would adding a roll bar adversely effect the passive rear wheel steer.

Mine has a rear arb, so no.

Makes it easier to pulse tune the exhausts without linking the headers from the two exhaust banks. Look at the exhaust headers on a GT40 to see the plumbing problems a non-flat-plane crank causes.
