Cant say I've tried that yet.
You used to be able to buy leavened pancakes on the Ferrys. Even on the quiet ones. Where they'd just have a pile of them, some sugar, a Thermos of coffee, and an honesty jar. They stopped all that though.
Now the best I get is current buns from petrol stations. Which are far far cheaper if you buy a big bag of 6. So I do often find myself riding around With a bag of them Down my jersey.
