• I usually make a batch of these flapjacks, chop them up, pack them in that foil With greased paper on one side, and freeze them. The freezing is importantant. Otherwise I'd just eat them all infront of the telly. NOt that I dont eat them frozen.

    500g butter (I use low sat marge)
    600g Soft brown sugar or muscovado
    500g Crunchy peanut butter
    300g Honey
    800g Porridge oats (not jumbo oats)
    600g Dried fruit, Pine Nuts, Almonds (I use dried cranberrys, chia seeds, crushed Walnuts, other seeds).

    Melt together all but the dry ingredients in a warm pan. Mix in dry ingrediants.
    Bake 160 degrees Celsius for approx. 30mins.

    Succeed.
