Nike will want Rooney playing
-
• #126579
As they did Ronaldo in the 1998 cup final with Ronadlo, even though he had an epileptic fit shortly beforehand

I know rumours are 99.99% bollocks but did you hear the one about Pellegrini to Everton in the summer? Surely that won't happen. Will it?
-
• #126581
Pellegrini to Everton wouldn't be such an out of the blue move, he's done well with Villarreal and Malaga, two smaller teams who have gone on to punch above their weight, and he'd probably have more success with younger players hungry to progress, than the big money stars he's had to deal with at Madrid and man City...

I know. I almost choked to death on my tea when I read that. Plenty of LOL's during this international break though.
Arsenal confirm fourth place ambitions for next few years. Cheslea to try and sign Mario Gotze -

Are we shit again yet? And WTF is Walcott doing on the pitch?
-
• #126590
One of my (arsenal supporting) mates summed him up well:
"In ten years, all that Walcott has added to his game is a beard" -

'Milner with the corner'...
-
• #126592
not sure there was enough help for Drinkwater, looked like he didn't have any options when looking to play a forward pass.. Milner and Lallana seemed intent on leaving all the defensive work to him.
Obviously it was more open against Germany as we had to chase the game, we still don't have the tactical nous when we have to be patient and break down a side...
Thought the commentators saying we were favourites against holland was a bit rich, they're going through a bit of a down cycle, but player wise they still have a lot of talent, always thought they'd prove a difficult opponent...
Stones as a ball playing center half looked good, great pass to lead start the play for the goal..

...so who's next on the manager route to Shit? I believe when we appoint the next patsy that will be 4 managers we're paying. I fully expect Remi to be successful back at Lyon or wherever.
gritted teeth I suppose Moyes is the least bad option next.

So England for the Euros and the World Cup?
Nice to see the youngsters shake things up. With any luck that's Rooneys England career over.
