Yes, 58 c-t-c (L58 is stamped on the BB).
Stand over is between 82-83cm (measured from the ground to the top end of the top tube ( I think you meant that, right?)

update: actually measured and it's 58cm c-t-c seat tube, 56.5cm top tube c-t-c

Yes, that is right. Going on what I remember discussing before, it sounds tight. I'm currently riding 57 cm seat-tube, 56 cm top-tube (both c-t-c), 82 cm stand-over, 100 cm stem, and it's bang on. I wouldn't want to go any larger, though, so I can see your dilemma.

Tried it this morning. Saddle height is at it's minimum and the legs are stretched to reach the bottom of the pedal strike.
Waiting to hear from my friend about his frame and selling this one (frame only)

Sourced another framser, but it is yellow and blue so it'll have a different setup. Going more modern on that one.
