Ashe, I've made a new Hackney page (plus a lovely map) for our new web-site:
It would be great if you could update the link.
There are still one or two places missing from it (ones I haven't been able to get down to).
Of the places listed under 'East' in the OP, Kiwi Cycles, Bike Yard East, and The Hub have ceased trading. 14 Bike Co. has a different web-site and no longer a street-facing shop: http://14bikeco.com/
Racer Rosa has moved to Much Hadham and is now called Artisan Cycles.
