I think the stem looks really good on this build. Only thing for me would be to flatten the saddle. Lovely build.

I think the wheels look great as is. The whole thing looks great.
I would though, change saddle (no matter how comfortable they are, it cannot be put on such a nice bike) and stem and rotate bars a bit. -

Looks great, do agree about the change of saddle but hey it's your bike. Looking forward to seeing this with shallow rims!

Easily a new 'nicest bike of the forum', I remember seeing a couple of these, in these same colours and decals at a UCI World Cup event a while back and lusting after one then. I lust once again!

I changed the stem to an oversized nitto one using a steerer shim, bars to Bontrager VR-S, and white cinelli kaleido tape.
Looks better than the grammo and the compactness of the bars feels better for me as well. The tape is freaking thick!
Changed the saddle to a flite as well. Will take some pictures tomorrow.

MechaMorgan
That's a stem away from being very very mint....And a stem away from being generic hhsb...
-

Nah. Not many bikes pull off white tape (this) well.
-
• #85
White tape looks well classy. Much excite to see the whole biek
-

very very nice, I hate to be critical but the tape itself isn't that thick you have just overlapped it loads, it would look less chunky if you rewrapped it with a bit less overlap.

• #87
huh, i think you're right xD
-

you can usually have three/four rows of the perforations showing on cinelli tape, like this:
sorry to be so nit pickey about it!
-
• #89
ahh, i usually do 2 rows all the time. Always thought that the thicker it ends up, the more comfortable it will be =D
